Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Attraction Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our growth and maintain our high standards of service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for finding and engaging the best candidates in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies to meet the recruitment needs of our company.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements specifically with airports and provide expert advice on the recruitment process.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and industry associations.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the overall candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the security or related industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully attracting and recruiting high-quality candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
