Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of security operations. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our security services, ensuring the highest standards of safety and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Lead and coordinate the security team, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Specifically oversee the airport services along with construction safety, and CCTV monitoring operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all the UK relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage security budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on security operations, incidents, and improvements to the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing security operations in various industries.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and emergency response planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
- Valid security licenses and certifications are preferred.
